My Story

When I started this business, I decided to bring to life two of my passions: supporting people’s mental health and working with people who -like me many years ago – are looking for answers and support in understanding neurodiversity. These two worlds have been equally part of my life in the last years and this is where I want to dedicate all of my energies.

Passionate Mental Health Advocate and SEND Professional

My aim is to help people talk freely about mental health and neurodiversity, removing the stigma and expanding the understanding about these two important conversations.

As a qualified Special Educational Needs Coordinator, I am also passionate about helping families and organisation to understand more neurodiversity and work with parents that are looking for clarity in understanding learning challenges and neurodiversity.

As a SEND Coach and Trainer, I offer training sessions to companies willing to work on their EDI agenda. I also run one-to-one sessions, to help people work through the transitions coming up in their life.

I am mother of two amazing neuro-diverse children and passionate about additional educational needs and learning challenges; having already worked in companies interested in neurodiversity and having coached a number of families with children with autism, ADHD, dyslexia and Down’s Syndrome, I can help to navigate what can be, at the beginning, a challenging topic.

What makes me unique?

My personality – I never give up, no problem is unsolvable, always have a caring approach and a friendly manner. I like to break down things, so there is always a solution to a problem. All my work is bespoke – I assess training or coaching needs, for each individual client or coachee.

My coaching practice – I have been there, where you are now – just name it. I have reinvented myself as a professional, started a new life in a new country; I have had to understand neuro-diversity and face the challenges this meant for me!

I use a holistic approach, as I focus on the whole person and not only on who they are work or with their family. With my clients, I like using different techniques, exploring specific needs.

As a SEND coach, I have a direct experience with neurodiversity being a SENCo in schools and have worked with different people, student and organisations, listening to different points of view – I have worked in schools and coached parents to understand better this new perspective.
